It just never ends.

New York State Attorney General Letitia James announced the lawsuit at a press conference in New York City. The lawsuit claims that these online firearms retailers are causing a public nuance by selling what she refers to as “ghost guns” to residents of the Empire State. The retailers include Arms or Ally LLC, Black Hawk Manufacturing Group, Inc., 80 Precent Arms Inc., 80P Freedom Co., Brownells, the Glock Store, Indie Guns, KM Tactical, Primary Arms, Rainer Arms, and RockSlideUSA.

Most chillingly, the New York State AG demands that the named companies turn over all customer records for patrons living in New York State and who purchased an unfinished frame or receiver within the past five years. www.ammoland.com

 

 

Wednesday 

   Well, rhubarb pie and black coffee for breakfast. Part of my "Damn that sounds good diet". With a pocket full of change I'm pushing 135 lbs. I've actually gained back about 20 lbs since chemo and all that shit.

   So I decided the world needed another right leaning blog. Now what? I don't want to be a copy of any of the other sites. Some hawk their books(No problem with that.), some are preppers, every area of expertise is represented., My list on the right side is going to be growing as I add on the sites I like. I may not agree with everything on every site but I'm right leaning so I won't be doing a lot of crying and teeth gnashing and running to the safety of the basement. I can learn something from most all of them. I guess I'll figure it out as I go on.

   My enlistment was up March, 77, took a short vacation and went to work as a civilian for the DOD for another 25 years. Spent 10 years after that repairing/building upgrading computers on my own.

   Little running around is done, I see regular gas here is actually down to $4.87.9 a gal. Haven't seen any real shortages at the local stores but meat prices are still climbing. The pork butts I love are even getting up there. Used to be a pulled pork dinner was a cheap option, not anymore. 80% Ground beef is on sale at $3.99 but I always ask myself where the hell it came from Brazil, Mexico? I prefer the beef from a local farm. USDA inspected, it's sitting at $4.80 a pound and for now I'll spend the extra for it but don't know for how much longer. Wife is getting her way again (I don't mind, I pretend to object and she pretends I have a choice) we're getting a small chest freezer which is fine as long as we have electricity. She has wanted one for some time.

   I really should be spending more time on my fiddle, and I will get to it shortly. I nap almost everyday, . Immunotherapy every three weeks does me in some days. I ask the doctor for some legal speed and I just get smiles. Still unvaccinated for the china virus and not really catching hell for it from my doctors anymore, they really pushed it for most of two years but nope, not going to do it. I will put a mask on in crowds because my lungs are already shot and they ain't getting better. Yea, the mask may not do much if anything, but my decision.

   Good for the SCOTUS on getting multiple decisions right with the constitution. I don't know when the pistol permit application process here will actually change or what new hurdles the bitch governor will put in place. Do we have enough lamp posts?   Okay one more cup of coffee then fiddle.

   

 

 

 

 

                                Good Monday Morning              

   My first post on my first blog. Took my coffee out back and sat next to the garden this morning. Something I usually do. I enjoy the rising sun, birds at the feeders and talking to the vegetable plants. I can't have a regular garden where I live but did manage to lay down two pallets covered in landscaping cloth and filled with soil.. It's enough. I don't think this worn out body could handle a full size garden anymore. Corn, tomatoes, bell and hot peppers, onions, brussel sprouts and broccoli are all in and growing.

   I don't know what the blog will be focused on or if it will be focused on anything, I'm sure politics, morality, guns, patriotism, family my garden and a host of other topics will be on the menu,sure to piss people off. And maybe make them think.  And memes, y'all gonna see some memes, A quick way to get an idea out there.
