Yes, Biden Is Hiding His Plan To Rig The 2022 Midterm Elections

  The White House is refusing to share details about its coordinated efforts to engage in a federal takeover of election administration.

 President Biden really does not want the public to know about his federal takeover of election administration. Dozens of members of Congress have repeatedly asked for details, to no avail. Good government groups, members of the media, and private citizens have filed requests under the Freedom of Information Act. Not a single one has been responded to. All signs indicate a concerted effort to keep the public in the dark until at least after the November midterm elections. The lack of transparency and responsiveness is so bad that the Department of Justice and some of its agencies have been repeatedly sued for the information.

 Hello,

  Grape and cherry tomatoes are getting picked about every other day. Wife is glad to get them. Regular ones be ready in a week or so. Corn is tasseled out with a few ears  growing. Peppers plants are loaded  and brussel sprouts are looking good. I'm happy with it. Finally got a good rain most of the night, needed badly.

The "deafening media silence" about global protests

We've mentioned the global protests and uprisings against the "Build Back Better" agenda sponsored by the World Economic Forum and others.  However, there's been surprisingly little said about them in the mainstream media.  It's almost as if they don't exist, as far as most journalists and editors are concerned.

Sky News Australia recently hosted Prof. Ralph Schoellhammer to discuss the issue.  He wrote an article in Newsweek titled "A Popular Uprising Against the Elites Has Gone Global", and elaborates on it in his discussion with Sky News.  I've posted the video below.  It's about 13½ minutes long:  if that's too long for easy viewing, you'll find a highly abbreviated transcript of his main points here, and in his Newsweek article.

 Hello, Last night it was homemade chicken wings. Everyone loved them. Used Franks hot sauce recipe, youngest preferred barbecue sauce to dip his in. The granddaughter looked like she was bobbing for the wings. Older boy was out practicing his casting with a weight on the end of his line today. Going fishing tomorrow. I didn't know Chutes and Ladders was such a loud game.

Hot Monday

 Started out nice enough, now the outdoor thermometer says 90 in the shade. Kids are sucking down drinks and frozen juice bars. They did go berry picking, none made it back. To hot for me to be to out and about. Kids found the dominoes, they keep busy with them for hours. They know how to play but usually end up building something or standing them up to see if they will all topple. Love the little shits, but Lord the noise. How can dominoes be so loud? Will end up playing Yahtzee or Uno later.

Went and got my blood drawn this afternoon, if results are good another immunotherapy tomorrow.

Sunday

 Today looks like another nice one. It is also going to be hectic. Three of the grandkids will be staying with us for a week. Due to be dropped off any minute. Ages 14, 10 and 8. Boy girl,boy. Our place is small and I will have to make adjustments in my daily routine. It's just a week. Happens every year, never as horrible as I imagine, just different. Will take the elder boy fishing a few times I'm sure. That's alright,  he was my first grandchild and is probably my favorite. Am I supposed to say that? Not that anything is wrong with the other two, they are all fine children. Thank god for the wife, she loves it like nothing else. Of course they get spoiled.

Well they are here, and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang is on the television. Oh well, it could be worse. I don't have to watch it and there are a hell of a lot of worse things they could be watching.

Beautiful Saturday

 Hello folks, the day started out nice and cool, temps got up to mid seventy's, damn near perfect. Found out whats been chewing on the brussel sprout leaves.

Diamondback moth larvae, I have few enough plants so handpicking them off  is what I'll do. Actually have some cucumbers now and bell peppers the size of a cherry.

 Funny, when I was a kid we always had big gardens that mom canned from.We kids were tasked with weeding and getting rid of tomato worms. I didn't enjoy it at all. Damn chores. As I got older I loved working in my own garden, spent hours weeding and was actually proud of how nice the garden would look.

And posted without comment.

Friday

 Interesting response from the New York State Sheriffs’ Association on unelected gov. Hochuls new gun laws.

"The new firearms law language first saw the light of day on a Friday morning and was signed into law Friday afternoon.  A parliamentary ruse was used to circumvent the requirement in our State Constitution that Legislators — and the public — must have three days to study and discuss proposed legislation before it can be taken up for a vote.  The Legislature’s leadership claimed, and the Governor agreed, that it was a “necessity” to pass the Bill immediately, without waiting the Constitutionally required three days, even though the law would not take effect for two full months"

Statement Concerning New York’s New Firearms Licensing Laws

Albany’s business as usual with Hochul continuing the pay-to-play corruption

There is nothing subtle about Gov. Kathy Hochul’s approach to ethical government — she’s against it, and it shows.

But there’s something perversely refreshing about Hochul’s contempt for conflict-of-interest convention. She scarcely pretends to care, and how often does that happen?

Wednesday

    Sat out by the garden and ate my homemade black berry muffin with my coffee, black,thank you.Corn and tomatoes both up over three feet tall. Lots of green tomatoes, a few just starting to turn. Can't wait for the grape and cherry ones to get ripe, can't abide them raw but I love them grilled or cooked in various dishes. In my youth I hated tomatoes, asparagus, brussel sprouts, lima beans, liver or lamb. Now I love the veggies except lima beans, no thank you ever. And liver and lamb, still hated, I don't even want to be indoors when someone is cooking them.

   Sat out this afternoon and noticed the ants are hauling muffin crumbs back to their lair. They will be hailed as heroes I'm sure. Cool day today with some light sprinkles. That's fine with me.

Had my appointment at the wound clinic yesterday, changed what dressing I use. I now alternate between two types. Almost there I tell myself. After 16 months dealing with this shit I'm tired of it. Can't even go barefoot outside for fear of getting a cut or injury of some kind. Blood supply is the biggest culprit delaying the healing. The arterial graft on my shin healed up fine, cool scar.

So let me see if I understand this, false president biden is raiding our oil reserves, loading tankers and sending it to Europe, and I heard china. Par for the course I guess.

Tuesday

    And what particular immoral government agent will decide my moral character ?  I don't recall anything about this requirement in the 2nd amendment.

   " Potential applicants will also be required to show "good moral character," meaning "the essential character, temperament and judgment necessary to be entrusted with a weapon and to use it only in a manner that does not endanger oneself and others."

 Nothing will change in NY as long as the democratic strongholds in all the major cities can out vote all of upstate. Sad but true.

Sunday

Quiet morning as it should be. One of the reasons for this blog is after 5 years I was thinking of going back to facebook. But I don't need or want progressive fact checkers, misinformation communists controlling what my audience reads. Plus my sense of humor runs right up to the misappropriate line and often right on past it.

Family Counts

 Long live the children, instill religion if you will,  teach them right, teach them skills, manners, history everything they need, educate them at home if you can.

And show them the beauties of our world, and  harden them to the world they will inherit.

You don’t like the decisions yesterday and today?

You’re really not going to like the next part.

I mean, it’s your fault, but you’re not going to like it.
See, we were cool with the status quo.

Yeah, we wanted abortion to go back to the states. Yeah, we wanted gun rights expanded. Yeah, we wanted our kids safe from LGBTQ indoctrination.

But it wasn’t enough to fight about.
We thought you were like us, that we could argue and make small gains and lose some ground but everything staying fairly level and levelheaded.

But boy, were we wrong.

Because while we were copacetic and just going along to get along, you were pushing.
You pushed abortion. From “legal, safe, and rare in these specific instances”, you pushed now to the point of post birth abortion on demand for any reason.
You pushed gun control. From “background checks and gun free zones” to now “red flag laws” which deny due process.
You pushed “the rights of gay marriage” to now the “right of LGBTQ teachers telling kindergarteners about their sex life.”
And during all of this, you pushed disagreeing politically to calling us Nazis and justifying violence against us, justifying harming our families and our jobs.
So now, we push back.

We pushed back with Trump.
We pushed back with state legislators.
We pushed back with school boards.

And we haven’t even begun to push back, kiddo.
We’re going to push abortion back to the “rare” side in many states.

We may give you a timeframe like 12 to 15 weeks, about what your beloved “other industrialized nations” give.

We may not.
We’re going to push back on gun control.

We’re not going to accept your offer of “you can keep some guns until we decide to get rid of them.”

We’re going to elect legislators to make ownership easier. We’re claiming our rights back.
We’re going to push back on the LGBTQ agenda.

We’re going to make your lives miserable when you try to get our kids to question their gender.

We’re going to remove the power you think you have and put it in the hands of the parents.
You had a chance to call a truce.
You had a chance to be in control and be happy.
You had a chance to just leave us alone.

You didn’t.
You pushed and prodded and provoked.

And you’re threatening to commit violence now?

Good luck with that.
There’s a saying about the danger of making people who want to be left alone get involved.

You’ve made us get involved.

So all of it, from here on out, is squarely on you.

Enjoy the whirlwind you have so deservedly reaped.

 Saturday

   Another busy day. Tinkered in the garden, planted a few more broccoli, more bunch onions that I use on or in everything, and parsley and basil.

The wailing of the women continues even though they lost nothing here in NY, they can still commit infanticide right up to 24 weeks, even later in some circumstances.They lost no rights despite the SCOTUS decision and they continue to compare abortion and 2nd amendment rights. One is not like the other ladies. I use the term ladies in the very loosest sense.

New York Gun Laws.

The Senate Democratic Majority passed legislation in
response to the U.S. Supreme Court’s NYSRPA v. Bruen decision.

How government must fear us, the farmers, mechanics, factory workers, blue collar workers all over the state.

Concealed-Carry Permitting Process

  • Adds a definition of “good moral character”:
    • Good moral character as defined in this legislation means having the essential character, temperament, and judgment necessary to be entrusted with a weapon and to use it in a manner that does not endanger oneself or others.
    • Defining “good moral character” more specifically in this way will make sure that licensing officers will create processes that assess an individual’s trustworthiness to handle a firearm.
  • This proposal would require concealed-carry applicants to meet in person with a licensing officer for an in-person interview. Under this legislation, it would be required for an applicant to submit the following information:
    • Names and contact information for the applicant’s current spouse or domestic partner, and current cohabitants, and an indication if any minors live with the applicant;
    • Names and contact information of at least four character references;
    • Certification that the applicant has completed all of the required training;
    • A list of social media accounts from the past three years to confirm that applicant’s  character and conduct; and
    • Anything else the licensing officer requests that is reasonably required to complete their  review and assess good moral character.
  • Furthermore, in addition to the disqualifying felonies in current law, concealed-carry applicants must also not have been convicted of assault in the third degree, misdemeanor driving while impaired, or menacing within the previous five years

Sensitive Places and Trespass

  • Criminal possession of a weapon in a prohibited area will be a Class E felony punishable by up to four years in prison. In addition, there will be a separate Class E felony for criminal possession of a weapon in private property where the owner has not explicitly authorized weapons on the premises.
  • Carrying a concealed weapon will be prohibited in the following areas:
    • Federal, state, or local government buildings, including courts;
    • Places providing health or medical care, such as hospitals, nursing homes, adult care facilities, domestic violence shelters, medical campuses, behavioral facilities, mental health and chemical dependency facilities, and clinics;
    • Places of worship or religious observation;
    • Places where children gather, including but not limited to, schools, libraries, daycare centers, playgrounds, parks, and zoos;
    • Any OCFS regulated locations that provide services to children youth or young adults
    • Any OPWDD, OASAS, OMH, and OTDA funded or regulated locations, including homeless shelters;
    • Places used for public transportation or transit including, airports, train stations, subway and rail stations, and bus terminals;
    • Establishments where alcohol or cannabis is consumed;
    • Locations when being used as a polling place;
    • Educational institutions including, colleges, universities, and private schools;
    • Theaters, stadiums, arenas, racetracks, museums, amusement parks, performance venues, concerts, exhibits, conference centers, banquet halls, casinos, and venues for athletic games or contests;
    • Any public sidewalk restricted from access for a permitted special event that has signage
    • Any gathering of individuals who are collectively expressing First Amendment rights of protest or assembly.
    • Times Square
  • The prohibition of carrying weapons in sensitive areas does not apply to police officers, peace officers, armed security guards, active duty military personnel, or any person who is lawfully engaged in hunting.
    • The bill also ensures residents of childcare facilities (such as foster parents) and other similar locations can keep a firearm in the home as long as it is stored safely and in accordance with all applicable regulations.

Safe Storage

  • Expands existing safe storage laws, which were originally enacted in 2019. Current law requires guns to be safely stored in the home if a person under the age of 16 lives in the home or if a person legally disqualified from possession of a gun lives in the home. This bill would raise the age limit, so that safe storage laws would apply if a minor under the age of 18 lives in the home.
  • Implements a vehicle safe storage requirement so that a person cannot leave a gun in a car outside of his or her immediate possession or control, unless the gun is in a lockbox.

Body Armor

  • The legislation amends the definition of body vest to “armor,” which means any product that is a personal protective body covering intended to protect against gunfire, regardless of whether the product is to be worn alone or is sold as a complement to another product or garment. The terms ‘vest’ and ‘armor’ have been used interchangeably in casual parlance, but they do not mean the same thing. This legislation amends this definition so as to avoid misinterpretation.
  • The legislation also prohibits the unlawful sale and purchase of body armor if the individual or entity does not engage in an ‘eligible profession’ which includes police officers, peace officers, those employed in military services and other similar professions.

Point of Contact

  • Establish New York as a “point of contact” state by requiring gun dealers to contact the State Police to conduct the background check that must be done before an individual can purchase a gun. In 2017 alone, NCIS stopped 181,000 prohibited people from attempting to buy guns, so implementing this bill would decrease the number of those who are unfit from purchasing a gun in New York.

Ammunition Database

  • Makes technical changes to the existing law that establishes an ammunition database to verify ammunition sales in New York, enacted as part of the SAFE Act in 2013, and strikes the memorandum of understanding between the previous Executive and Republican Majority Leader stalling its implementation.
  • Any seller of ammunition or dealer of firearms shall keep either an electronic record, or dataset, or an organized collection of structured information, or data, typically store electronically in a computer system approved as to form by the Superintendent of the State Police.
  • In the record shall be entered at the time of every transaction involving ammunition the date, name, age, occupation and residence of any person from whom ammunition is receiving or to whom ammunition is delivered, and the amount, caliber, manufacturer’s name and serial number, or if non, any other distinguishing number of identification mark on such ammunition.
